Resident Evil: Retribution now has a familiar-sounding official synopsis, we have to ask, "when is a trailer going to arrive?" The answer was supplied by Milla Jovovich, who once more took to her Twitter to tell fans about when the trailer would arrive.
So I jst asked paul and he said 4 SURE the teaser 4 "RE:Retribution" is coming out on the 18th of jan! I'm sure it will b online. Then on the 20th it comes out in 3D in front of the new "underworld" movie! So there you go folks n now I'm over and out, going on vacation with my family 4 a week! Tweet u later! Xo m
In other Retribution news, Collider asked writer-director Paul W.S. Anderson about the shoot and how Retribution compared to the other sequels. His answer was the typical, "this one is the best of the bunch" type response, but until a trailer arrives, we'll have to take his word for it.
Shoot went great. Wrapped on Christmas Eve, but we got it all done. Technically and physically it was the hardest RE shoot so far. Complex VFX and extreme action combined with worldwide locations – Moscow, New York, Washington DC, Toronto and of course Raccoon City. Really trying to push the envelope with this one and make the first truly epic undead movie.
Resident Evil: Retribution opens September 14th.
